Can you manage any changes?

general speaking, nobody likes changes. unfortunately, we could only plan ultimately 99.99.....999% to a setting goal but not perfectly 100%. managers are asked for numbering appraisals that lead them upset or happy upon the achievement.
what really bother? nothing ,really! as long as you could understand the facts that nothing is real and permanent. You learn to give a break while you are too serious about the bounded value.

in heart sutra, it tells what a normal person sees is artificial. why said so? It's because of the value. we may have excellent interpersonal skills to explore story behind but how to transform such findings into a more valuable one in order to benefit others? frankly speaking, very few people will seriously consider that. most of us approach others for relationship upon specific needs. master ,in his vision, told us to care about others consistently and continuously without a reason since he knew we were all linked as one giant family sharing common destiny and couldn't be drifted apart. i deeply believe that and i followed.

in my own experiences-- the more people you care and help , the more secured and satisfied you will obtain. .....

i couldn't manage any changes outside of my world but i could manage my inner world in full of love and peace at all the time....
