Energy

"energy" is probably my most used word recently. it is the most important element in daily life but its "cause and effect" doesn't link quite well to our life. my respectful mentor always like to apply the word to encourage everyone. for those who find a way to restore their energy at their best level, they look so freshness and peace. i guess it's an effort to balance someone's mindset and heart at all consequenses. it's a tough work but deserve to put endeavors on it. how to keep a good energy level constantly? a daily meditation has been advised thousands of times by the master. forms of meditations are quite varied and flexible to meet everyone's needs. the most important thing is reserve a little time to be with yourself alone...of course, the advanced meditation doesn't say that simple at all. in case ,you're at entry level, all you have to do is just the above indicated one thing...gradually you will perceive neutrally for everything....then you see through the core of everything...nothing really matters because we're not so different at all......
